Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve store objectives

Create warm, welcoming, and memorable customer experiences

Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating exceptional service and product knowledge

Coach, motivate, and develop Brand Ambassadors to achieve individual and team sales targets

Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and thoughtful décor recommendations

Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development

Execute visual merchandising standards, promotions, and seasonal launches

Share responsibility for scheduling, inventory management, and daily store operations

Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, safety, and security

Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently upheld

Provide confident leadership and operational oversight in the Store Manager's absence

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment

Previous supervisory, keyholder,



or retail leadership experience

A hands-on, collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others

Strong sales ability and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

A proactive team player with strong initiative and personal accountability
