This Operations Supervisor supports dispatch, project scheduling, operator development, and customer satisfaction. The position also builds relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, and other customers. Success requires supervisory experience, strong communication, organization, and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with dispatching units and scheduling daily projects
- Communicate with clients using a customer service focus
- Identify opportunities with Indigenous communities and organizations
- Review operator paperwork and maintenance procedures
- Conduct onsite safety inspections and support safety meetings

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a listed operations industry
- Supervisory experience required
- Computer and solid organizational skills required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors
