This Technical Architect role supports log analytics, dashboard development, and operational activities across observability initiatives. You will define standards, governance, and monitoring strategy while designing Dynatrace solutions. The position also includes migration leadership, automation frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define Dynatrace architecture, standards, governance, and monitoring strategy
- Design Grail, DQL, and Synthetic Monitoring solutions
- Support application onboarding, dashboards, and log analytics
- Lead Splunk-to-Dynatrace migration initiatives
- Provide design reviews, risk management, and technical leadership

Requirements:

- 8+ years in Observability, APM, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- 4+ years of Dynatrace architecture experience
- Expertise in Grail, DQL, Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, and Davis AI
- Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, automation, and ServiceNow
