Guide strategic transformation for BC Housing as a Change Management Advisor, using change strategy and organizational development expertise. This hybrid position supports leaders across British Columbia.

Reporting to the Change Management Lead, you will support the Strategic Transformation Team and enterprise-wide Budget Management Transformation. The work requires change management methodologies, stakeholder insight, readiness assessment, and leadership coaching to strengthen adoption. You will partner with Executive Sponsors, Change Leaders, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify adoption risks, stakeholder needs, and readiness challenges
- Develop actionable change strategies and tactical change plans
- Support leaders in understanding organizational implications of change
- Build alignment, ownership, capability,



and accountability
- Support adoption and sustainability of new ways of working

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Change management or Certified Change Management Skilled certification
- Considerable complex transformational change management experience
- Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant applications
