As Director, Corporate Compliance and Enterprise Risk, you will report to the President and CEO. You will design compliance models, operate enterprise risk management, advise executives and the Board, and build organizational capability. The role connects COSO ERM, ISO 31000, ISO 37301, practical tools, and risk-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and operate TCHC’s corporate compliance model
- Shape enterprise risk language, appetite, profile, and reporting
- Facilitate risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and response planning




- Prepare integrated reporting for executive and Board oversight
- Coach leaders and develop sustainable risk capability

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
- Recognized enterprise risk or compliance designation
- At least 10 years of progressive senior experience
- Experience in complex public-sector or regulated organizations
- Expertise in COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and ISO 37301
