As a Project Coordinator, you will support major social infrastructure and transportation projects. The work spans public-private partnerships, alternative delivery models, technical requirements, project budgets, and schedules. You will contribute across pre-transaction, RFQ, RFP, construction, and commissioning stages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support major projects using public-private partnership delivery models
- Provide technical and commercial support through project delivery stages
- Develop and implement commercial and contractual risk mitigation measures
- Support negotiations involving claims, scope changes, and compliance matters




- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- Few years of hands-on major project experience
- Experience in owner representative, design consulting, or construction management
- Engineering, project management, architecture, or related education
- Experience with project budgets, schedules, and technical requirements
- Presentation, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
