As an Employee Communications Consultant, you will advise Human Resources, Law & Regulation, and Risk teams. You will develop communication plans, create content, and collaborate across functions. Your work supports business objectives through clear, effective employee communications and informed recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop communication strategies for Human Resources, Law & Regulation, and Risk
- Advise stakeholders and executives through presentations, scripts, and articles
- Collaborate on internal communications for special and ongoing projects

- Research trends, best practices, and employee feedback

Requirements:

- Advanced storytelling and strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience consulting with executives and senior management
- Experience writing technology content for wide-ranging audiences
- Project management and communication planning skills
