Aecon seeks a Scheduler for its Urban Transportation Solutions group, supporting agile transit projects in Canada. You will coordinate work scopes, maintain project schedules, and protect data integrity throughout the project life cycle. The work includes resource planning, progress analysis, reporting, and schedule integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate work scopes within total project plans
- Develop and maintain project schedules across project life cycles
- Forecast labor, materials, and equipment resource requirements
- Prepare progress reports and project status dashboards




- Analyze schedule variance, float, trends, and performance data

Requirements:

- Four to seven years scheduling construction projects
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Construction contractor or infrastructure scheduling experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
