Reporting to the Manager of Strategy, the Strategic Business Partner advances Southlake Health’s Strategy for the Decade Ahead. You will manage project lifecycles, advise leaders, and support organizational transformation through policy advisory, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making. The role engages executives, directors, medical chiefs, and physician leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion
- Manage project portfolios, risks, resources, progress, and outcomes
- Develop business cases, charters, budgets, and progress reports
- Facilitate meetings,



collaboration, priority alignment, and sustained improvements
- Create communication and change management plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Health, Public Administration, or related discipline
- Required PMP certification and five years’ project management experience
- Five years’ healthcare or hospital environment experience
- Knowledge of project management principles and processes
- Analytical, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
