SALARY and COMMISSIONS:

$60,000-$70,000 base + aggressive, uncapped commission.

ON-TARGET-EARNINGS:

$250K, uncapped

LOCATION:

Greater Toronto Area. Hybrid: 2-3 mornings a week in the Toronto office, the rest in the field. GTA residents only.

THE NEEDS:

A national final-mile carrier with coast-to-coast coverage is adding two hunters to its Canadian sales team.

You will sell to all of Canada. No territory lines. No vertical restrictions. No book of business handed to you.

DETAILS ON THE ROLE:

- Pure new business. Prospect, open, close. Pass over to the AM's
- Structured KPI model: calls, meetings, emails..
- Structured Training, then hands‑on training and coaching from a Senior Director who built this team.

- 2-5 years in B2B sales: inside sales, SMB sales, TSR or district sales.

- You live inside KPIs and you do not need anyone to tell you to pick up the phone.
