Coordinate architectural envelope systems at East Harbour Transit Hub in Toronto, using construction coordination and building envelope expertise. Work from the 415 Eastern Ave site office.

As Senior Project Coordinator, you will support envelope planning, execution, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate curtainwall, glazing, cladding, roofing, barriers, insulation, and architectural finishes. Support the Construction Lead while working with design teams, managers, subcontractors, consultants, manufacturers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate envelope activities across design, procurement, construction, and closeout
- Track schedule impacts, risks, constraints, and mitigation measures
- Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, mock-ups, and testing requirements
- Coordinate design interfaces with structural, civil, utility,



and MEP disciplines
- Conduct inspections, testing coordination, deficiency management, and documentation

Requirements:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum five years coordinating building envelope construction projects
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure, transit, rail, or institutional projects
- Understanding of envelope systems, sequencing, quality, and interface coordination
- Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, document control, and project management proficiency
