As a Regional Retail Insurance Manager, you will improve employee product knowledge and sales channel performance. You will analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and support strategic initiatives. The territory includes downtown Montreal, West Island, Laurentians, and Gatineau.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales training and coaching to maximize channel effectiveness
- Identify business plan gaps and recommend solutions
- Share customer insights with product managers
- Support regional and national sales programs
- Design reports and dashboards for decision-making
Requirements:
- Five to seven years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- In-depth product knowledge and training experience preferred
- Robust communication, collaboration, and influence skills
- Fluency in French and English
