Lead automated systems maintenance for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment in a safety-first facility workplace.
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will lead shift operations supporting critical building systems at a client facility. You will maintain materials handling equipment, troubleshoot controls, and ensure equipment reliability and uptime. The role includes technical direction, technician mentorship, work order management, and partnership with Automation support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and improve materials handling and robotic systems
- Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoot relay logic, controls, sensors, and motor starters
- Mentor technicians through emergency repairs and training plans
- Build and close work orders in CMMS
Requirements:
- Four-plus years working with automated conveyors and controls
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of electrical principles, NEC, and industrial electronics
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and PLC programs
- United States work authorization without future visa sponsorship
