Lead cybersecurity risk analysis at Canada Life, translating stakeholder needs into actionable technology solutions across security capabilities. This is a permanent full time position.

As a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, you will support Information Security and Technology Risk initiatives. You will align business strategy with enterprise security objectives, facilitate requirements, and document process improvements. The work includes stakeholder engagement, requirements traceability, technology implementation, and analyst mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead analysis across business processes, systems, and security capabilities
- Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and deliverable reviews




- Maintain dependencies and requirements traceability across projects
- Contribute to design, testing, change management, and rollout planning

Requirements:

- Five to ten years as a business or systems analyst
- Information Security or Technology Risk project experience
- Experience with GRC platforms, Entra ID, CyberArk, and Okta Auth0
- Knowledge of process maps, workflows, use cases, and gap analysis
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
