Responsibilities

- Grow sales within your assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC products and solutions that add value.
- Build lasting relationships through responsive service, technical support and consistent follow-up.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and strengthen sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments and competitor offerings.
- Provide accurate product information and technical advice to customers.
- Maintain current CRM records,
