This Quality Engineer role focuses on troubleshooting product failures and identifying root causes through structured testing. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on corrective and preventative actions. The work includes technical documentation, customer updates, test fixtures, and software solutions supporting failure analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot product failures and investigate root causes
- Write and execute test plans for failure analysis
- Coordinate corrective and preventative actions with stakeholders
- Prepare NCR and 8D failure documentation
- Provide customers technical failure analysis updates
Requirements:
- Engineering or Mechatronics degree at BS or MS level
- Three to five years of quality-related work experience
- Experience testing and qualifying electromechanical systems
- Experience with root-cause analysis and 8D reporting
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
