Lead facilities operations at Medcan’s 150 York Street clinic in Toronto, overseeing maintenance, workplace readiness, vendors and access control.

Medcan seeks a hands-on Manager, Facilities to oversee its flagship clinic and support satellite locations. This position combines operational discipline, hospitality-minded service and visible leadership in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate physical-environment performance, facilities expertise and operational support across Medcan’s multi-site network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily facilities and maintenance operations at 150 York Street
- Coordinate landlord services, repairs, deliveries, shutdowns and escalations
- Prioritize work orders and verify completed facilities issues
- Oversee preventive maintenance, assets,



storage and workplace readiness
- Support satellite clinics, openings, renovations and relocations

- Hands-on facilities operations leadership experience
