This Continuous Instructor position serves NAIT’s Heavy Equipment Technician program. You will prepare learning activities, facilitate course delivery, and champion academic achievement. The work requires relevant industry experience, organizational ability, educational technology proficiency, and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present learning outcomes and activities across instructional settings
- Develop curricula, programs, and courses through reviews
- Create assessments and maintain student progress records




- Coach and tutor students to support success and retention
- Use feedback and technology to improve instruction

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Alberta Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyperson ticket or provincial equivalent
- Outdoor Power Equipment Technician Certification
- Minimum five years recent post-ticket industry experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency and solid communication skills
