As Planning Manager, you will oversee sales forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and business analytics. You will develop brand-level merchandise plans, translate forecasts into purchasing priorities, and support profitable growth through data-driven recommendations. The position reports to the Senior Director of Operations and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop brand-level sales forecasts and merchandise plans
- Analyze forecast variances and recommend corrective actions
- Translate forecasts into inventory requirements and purchasing priorities
- Monitor inventory investment, weeks of supply,



and sell-through
- Partner with Merchandising and stakeholders on planning decisions

Requirements:

- Five or more years of relevant retail planning experience
- Advanced Excel, PivotTables, formulas, and data modelling skills
- Experience developing brand or category sales forecasts
- Solid analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
- Beauty industry experience strongly recommended
