This Project Supply Chain Manager leads end-to-end supply chain activities across major construction projects. You will develop execution plans, manage commercial risks, and provide functional leadership across procurement, subcontracts, materials, transportation, and logistics. The position supports safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project supply chain programs within approved governance requirements
- Develop procurement and subcontracting strategies with project stakeholders
- Manage sourcing, evaluations, purchase orders, and subcontract issuance
- Monitor supplier performance, changes,



claims, and closeout
- Coordinate materials management and transportation logistics activities

Requirements:

- 10+ years of supply chain management leadership experience
- Experience spanning procurement, subcontracts, materials, and logistics
- University degree or skilled supply chain designation
- Construction project experience, ideally oil and gas
- Strong negotiation, communication, governance, and contract law knowledge
