As an Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst, you will manage account balances, investigate billing issues, and maintain accurate customer records. The work includes reconciliations, aging reviews, customer communication, and reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and improve collection effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor billing activities, balances, missed billings, and outstanding charges
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment allocation issues collaboratively
- Follow up on overdue residential and commercial accounts

Requirements:

- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, accounting, or finance
