Lead finance for Tetra Digital Group’s regulated digital asset businesses, owning IFRS reporting, treasury, tax, and regulatory requirements with hands-on accountability.

As Head of Finance, you will oversee accounting, FP&A;, treasury, tax, audit, and regulatory reporting across Tetra Trust and CADD Digital. You will advise the CEO, board, and audit committee on capital strategy, partnerships, M&A;, and fundraising. The role combines finance leadership with digital-asset accounting, stablecoin reserves, and Canadian payments expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own accounting, planning, treasury, tax, audit, and regulatory reporting
- Lead equity, debt, strategic investment, partnerships, and M&A; transactions
- Manage IFRS consolidation, crypto accounting, reserves, and revenue recognition
- Design liquidity, reserve investment,



controls, and regulatory capital frameworks
- Build finance systems, reconciliations, reporting, and the future team

Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree and CPA or equivalent skilled designation
- Advanced IFRS, regulatory reporting, controls, and audit readiness
- Capital raising, M&A;, treasury, liquidity, and risk experience
- Digital assets, stablecoins, Canadian payments, and CARF knowledge
