As an Implementation Specialist and Business Analyst, you will work with customers throughout implementation projects. You will document requirements, translate needs into functional specifications, identify system gaps, and configure workflows, business rules, and settings. The work supports local governments through improved operational efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery sessions and document requirements, use cases, and pain points
- Map client processes and define functional specifications
- Configure, test, and validate CityView software solutions
- Coordinate legacy data conversion with specialists
- Deliver remote and classroom-led end-user training
Requirements:
- Five or more years in configuration, analysis, or training preferred
- Experience documenting client processes, data, or systems
- Robust business analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local government processes preferred
- Ability to travel up to fifteen percent
