Stenberg College seeks a Fit Tester for students and instructors in Health Care programs. You will facilitate testing, teach donning, doffing, and user seal checks, and support clinical placement or workplace requirements. The work follows SafeCare BC or Fraser Health protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform qualitative N95 respirator fit testing
- Teach correct mask donning, doffing, and seal checks
- Complete and maintain accurate fit testing records
- Sanitize and maintain testing equipment and supplies
- Coordinate schedules with program coordinators and staff

Requirements:

- SafeCare BC or Fraser Health Fit Tester certification
- Willingness to complete approved certification before starting
- Strong communication skills for educating diverse learners
- Organization and effective time management skills
- Basic administrative and computer skills
