Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise team assignments, priorities, training, and performance monitoring
- Flow customer requirements across departments using industry specifications
- Validate processes, update FMEAs, and maintain inspection equipment calibration




- Monitor metrics and critical processes using statistical methods
- Lead root-cause analysis and Corrective Action Request activities

Requirements:

- Engineering degree or at least three years quality experience
- At least two years of leadership or lead experience
- Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma tools experience

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and solid communication skills
