Electrical construction expertise drives planning, coordination, and delivery for medium- and large-scale projects within a focused Buildings team. This role oversees electrical systems for P3 and alternative delivery work.
The experienced Electrical Project Manager works with office and field staff, managers, stakeholders, Design Teams, and project partners. Responsibilities combine technical, people, and workflow management across project execution. The position supports quality service and brand experience while meeting company policies and contract specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate electrical project delivery
- Prepare material take-offs and issue purchase orders
- Develop schedules, milestones, and progress reports
- Review contracts and negotiate approved changes
- Track budgets and prevent cost overruns
Requirements:
- Seven to ten or more years electrical construction experience
- Previous P3 design-build or IPD project experience
- Budgeting and construction management skills
- Knowledge of project execution and financial operations
- Working knowledge of Accubid preferred
