At Moneris, you will support one to two Agile product teams as a Scrum Master. You will enable team objectives, coordinate across the product family, and help deliver value effectively. The work includes Agile ceremonies, delivery risks, dependencies, and team metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve one to two Agile product teams as Scrum Master
- Facilitate planning, standups, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and manage delivery dependencies and risks
- Coordinate Scrum of Scrums and product-family synchronizations




- Track metrics against sprint goals, outcomes, and OKRs

Requirements:

- Scrum Master certification or equivalent designation
- Degree, technical diploma, or comparable software development experience
- Minimum three years supporting software delivery teams
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in evolving environments
- Scaled Agile framework experience would set you apart
