As Global HR Coordinator, you will support HR Business Partners and the HR Director, People Operations. Your work spans HRIS administration, onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and employee support. You will coordinate with Payroll, Mobility, Legal, and global HR teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate employee data across global HR systems
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle transactions
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Resolve employee queries across multiple countries
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and workshops

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2–4 years of HR coordination or operations experience
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management
- Robust organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
