As Shipping Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage resources, and improve performance across operations and warehouse teams. You will coach supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates while coordinating customers, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five years’ warehouse, distribution, or inventory control experience

- Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems proficiency
- Steel-toe safety footwear and October through December availability required
