Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Acute Medicine unit at Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver, BC. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for acute medicine patients within an interdisciplinary team.
You will support discharge planning, advocate for patients and families, and document care in the unit's systems per standards. This role aligns with BCCNM guidelines and organizational values.
