Lead structural packaging design at PakFactory, using CAD, ArtiosCAD, and Esko-enabled cutting tables to create production-ready solutions. Mentor designers while refining complex inserts.
As a Senior Packaging Designer, you will develop corrugated, folding carton, rigid box, and multi-piece insert solutions. You will balance creativity, technical expertise, and operational knowledge across projects. Your work will support packaging optimized for protection, presentation, fit, function, and manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structural packaging and complex insert design projects
- Develop intricate dielines for Esko-enabled digital cutting
- Prototype, test, and refine packaging structures independently
- Collaborate with Production, Sales,
and Engineering teams
- Mentor junior designers and ensure design quality
Requirements:
- Five or more years designing structural packaging
- Experience with corrugated, folding carton, and rigid boxes
- Advanced CAD table operations and Esko cutting experience
- Solid working knowledge of ArtiosCAD or equivalent software
- Understanding of insert engineering and assembly efficiency
