As Medical Education Lead, you will report to a Disease Area Director and lead education across the HNT division. You will connect healthcare professional needs with therapeutic-area and business priorities. The role focuses on outcome-focused, compliant education, knowledge translation, and practice change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify physician education needs and address KAB gaps
- Develop learning journeys aligned with strategic priorities
- Deliver innovative educational programs with external partners
- Lead cross-functional Disease Area education initiatives
- Manage vendors against compliance guidelines and Alexion standards

Requirements:

- University degree, preferably in sciences
- CCPE CPD certification
- Understanding of medical education practices and guidelines
- Robust project management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Canadian accrediting bodies and options
