Our banking client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III (5+ years) to deliver upgrades and enhancements for the Easy Apply web application using Jira and Confluence

Join a high-impact initiative enhancing the Easy Apply web-based application in a well-established banking environment. The role centers on web application upgrades and enhancements within an 8-person team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and working with Jira and Confluence. The engagement includes onboarding, knowledge transfer, and shadowing support, with 2–3 hours of meetings per day. Contract offers the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs and performance, with upcoming projects and opportunities to work within AI.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Working : 4 days on site, 1 day work from home

Must Haves

- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
- 3+ years with web applications as a Business Systems Analyst




- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence

Nice to Have

- Banking or financial institution experience
- Agile certifications
