This Building Mechanical Engineer position requires at least five years of relevant design experience. You will prepare conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs while guiding junior engineers and designers. Your work will include HVAC, hydronic, steam, plumbing, controls, and central utility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed mechanical plans and specifications
- Develop engineering studies and schematic designs
- Survey installations and improve existing systems
- Estimate construction budgets for mechanical systems
- Support construction, project delivery, and quality review

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Current P.Eng registration with EGBC, APEGA, or APEGS
- Five or more years of design engineering experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, steam, chilled water, and compressed air
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
