Summit is seeking an Employee Benefits Advisor to own the pipeline, drive recent opportunities, and engage directly with decision-makers. You’ll be supported by a tech-enabled, fast-paced team in a hybrid office setting across Canada.

With 3+ years in employee benefits, you’ll design group solutions and manage client onboarding through renewals, partnering with carriers to close deals and grow your book of business.
