As Senior Communications Advisor, you will develop communications plans and initiatives supporting operational objectives, workforce engagement, stakeholder relationships, and corporate reputation. Working with the Director, Government Relations & Communications, you will provide day-to-day expertise across internal and external channels. The role requires clear communication of complex information and alignment with corporate messaging and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop communications plans aligned with corporate and site objectives
- Lead internal communications for safety, culture, sustainability, and engagement
- Coordinate external communications supporting reputation and stakeholder relationships
- Draft releases, speeches, newsletters, presentations, and digital content
- Advise leaders on messages for milestones, announcements, and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related discipline
- Five-plus years of progressive communications experience
- Experience across internal and external communications audiences
- Robust writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting executives with communications materials and advice
