As Leader, Operations, you guide an experienced team delivering critical parts for manufacturing sites, assembly lines, and aircraft in service. You establish production objectives, standardize processes, and address Health & Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost issues. The role supports Bombardier Aviation’s vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an experienced team delivering critical aircraft parts
- Establish and control production objective achievement
- Standardize processes supporting operational objectives
- Conduct three minimum floor walks each shift
- Coach employees and optimize knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing management
- Manufacturing management experience; aerospace experience advantageous
- Strong French communication skills; bilingualism advantageous
- Understanding of value-added production principles
- Planning, organization, entrepreneurship, and flexibility skills
