Manage PACS, voice recognition, and imaging systems at Niagara Health across multisite Diagnostic Imaging operations with on-call responsibilities. Apply technical expertise daily.

Reporting to the Supervisor Imaging Informatics, this full time administrator supports Diagnostic Imaging modalities, Cardiology, HIS/RIS, and enterprise-wide PACS. The position works with DI and Cardiology staff, clinicians, Pathology, ICT, managers, and other stakeholders. It contributes to system changes, operational support, training, and departmental initiatives across Niagara Health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct application orientation, training, and continuing education
- Plan and implement equipment, software, and process changes
- Monitor PACS, voice recognition, and post-processing operations
- Support RIS upgrades, HL7 integrations,



and informatics initiatives
- Provide multisite on-call Imaging Informatics support

Requirements:

- Registered Medical Radiation Technologist, Sonographer, or information technology credential
- Five years’ Diagnostic Imaging experience in a complex organization
- Windows, Unix-based systems, applications, and VMWare knowledge
- PACS, Enterprise Imaging, and Diagnostic Imaging workflow knowledge
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and training skills
