As a Financial Solutions Associate, you provide general investment guidance and goal-based advisory across savings products, registered products, and basic investment concepts. You support financial wellness through discovery conversations, budgeting, debt reduction, lending guidance, referrals, and digital adoption. The sales-driven work also contributes to business growth and strong member relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct discovery conversations about member goals and financial milestones
- Provide guidance on RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, GICs, and term deposits
- Support budgeting, emergency savings, and debt reduction strategies




- Identify needs requiring licensed advice and provide referrals
- Document interactions and coaching notes accurately in the CRM

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Two to four years in advisory or retail financial services
- Robust understanding of investment principles and registered products
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfort using CRM systems and supporting digital adoption
