As Sales Manager, you will guide a fully remote team handling demos, follow-ups, owner files, upsells, offers, and move-in progress. Your work will connect daily execution with weekly and monthly targets through call reviews, pipeline movement, scorecards, and direct coaching. MoveSmart Rentals supports property owners with structured leasing processes, visibility, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coach remote Account Managers toward weekly and monthly targets
- Drive speed-to-lead, demos, follow-ups, sign-ups, upsells, and file progress
- Review recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks, and performance reports




- Run one-on-ones, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and scorecards
- Improve output using AI tools, reporting, summaries, and QA insights

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of total sales experience
- Four-plus years managing sales teams and improving performance
- Two-plus years managing fully remote sales teams
- Advanced CRM, dashboard, and team reporting experience
- Ability to work Eastern Time business hours
