Project Coordinator, Project Delivery - Various External Projects

Infrastructure Ontario is hiring Project Coordinators to support major social infrastructure and transportation projects in Toronto. Candidates are asked to highlight the construction-related projects they have supported or led.

What You Will Do

- Support major projects using public-private partnerships and other alternative delivery models.
- Provide technical and commercial support through pre-transaction, RFQ and RFP stages, construction, and commissioning.
- Support the development and implementation of commercial and contractual risk mitigation measures.
- Support negotiations of claims, scope changes, and other compliance and contractual matters.
- Help manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- A few years of hands-on experience with major projects in an owner representative,



design consultant, or construction management role.
- Relevant experience or education in engineering, project management, architecture, or a related discipline.
- Experience with project budgets, schedules, and technical requirements.
- Presentation, consultation, negotiation, influencing, consensus-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
- PMP certification or progress toward certification is an asset.
- Experience negotiating claims, scope changes, and contractual matters is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
