Coordinate commercial construction projects at Ledcor using project planning, quality management, and safety program expertise. This onsite chance supports multidisciplinary project delivery.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Project Manager and operations team throughout the project lifecycle. The work includes construction administration, subcontract management, scheduling, change orders, and commissioning. You will help maintain Ledcor HS&E; standards while supporting project strategies and closeout activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute commercial project strategies collaboratively
- Coordinate Project Quality and Commissioning Quality Management Plans
- Maintain project systems, files, drawings, logs, and specifications
- Support tendering, procurement, invoices,



and subcontractor progress claims
- Track milestones, changes, schedules, and project closeout documentation

Requirements:

- Over five years in ICI building construction projects
- Full-cycle new build construction experience
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering systems
- Knowledge of construction documents and current methodologies
- Solid communication, collaboration, computer, and scheduling software skills
