Job Title: Senior Project Manager – API Integration / Payment & Ticketing Systems
Location: Ottawa, ON (Work from home may be permitted with approval)
Duration: 12 Months + Optional Extensions
Workload: Part-time (Up to 1,200 Hours)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead technology integration initiatives for Event Fare Integration Program.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience implementing and managing complex technology infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing the implementation of new technology solutions.
- Experience with API Integration, API-based Applications, and Third-Party System Integrations.
- Strong background in Payment Systems, Electronic Ticketing, Fare Collection, or Digital Ticketing Solutions.
- Experience coordinating technical integrations between external partners, vendors,
and enterprise systems.
- Proven expertise in project planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.
- Ability to coordinate pilot programs, field trials, operational readiness, and implementation activities.
- Experience managing project documentation, timelines, progress reports, financial reporting, and partner onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
- PMP or PRINCE2 Certification is required.
- English and French bilingualism (reading and writing) is considered an asset.
- Candidates must provide three relevant project references from projects completed within the last five years.
