Support CNC milling and lathe production through Mastercam programming, machining strategy, and daily coordination from 7:30 to 4:00, Monday through Friday.

This leadership role supports machinists, CNC Leaders, and operators across ongoing production work. You will interpret engineering drawings, develop cutting strategies, review programs, and coordinate machining activities. Success requires significant industry experience and solid team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret 3D models and prints for machined components
- Develop cutting strategies and programs using Mastercam
- Support CNC Leaders with production best practices
- Set up evening shift machining for production work
- Monitor quality, efficiency, and delivery throughout manufacturing

Requirements:

- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Journeyman machinist trade certificate or equivalent experience
- Leadership certification or training
- Five or more years machining experience
- Experience reading engineering and manufacturing drawings
