Defend customer environments remotely as a Senior Threat Analyst on Sophos MDR, using alert monitoring, investigation, and incident response expertise. Work within a 24x7x365 service supporting global teams and customers.

As a Senior Threat Analyst – Tier I, you will deliver monitoring, detection, and response services across customer environments. The work combines Sophos EDR/XDR, SIEM platforms, Windows telemetry, threat hunting, and case management. You will assess suspicious activity, support active incidents, and help refine security operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and investigate Sophos security stack alerts
- Analyze phishing emails, binaries, and behavioral anomalies
- Conduct threat hunting across MDR customer environments




- Lead Tier I Analysts through escalated investigations
- Document findings and manage client case workflows

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in SOC, MDR, or cybersecurity IT roles
- Analyze Windows event logs and telemetry data
- Handle containment, mitigation, and recovery during incidents
- Use EDR, IDS/IPS, SIEM, OSQuery, and PowerShell
- Participate in nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
