Reporting to the FP&A; Director, this Senior Financial Analyst processes and analyzes financial data for performance management. The position supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with Finance Business Partners, operations, and clinical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare management reports, KPIs, and insightful commentary
- Interpret results for staffing, capital expenditures, and initiatives
- Present financial insights clearly to senior leadership
- Drive process improvements and support special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Three to five years’ operations finance or accounting experience
- CPA certification or near completion
- Advanced Excel skills and strong communication abilities
- Enterprise reporting experience; Workday knowledge preferred
