As a Senior Commissioning Agent (Mechanical), you will deliver commissioning services through off-site development and in office physical verification. The work includes functional testing, installation inspections, documentation, and meetings with contractors and client representatives. Your technical scope covers environmental controls, HVAC performance, building automation, and critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed functional performance test procedures
- Complete onsite inspections, issue identification, and supporting documentation
- Chair and attend commissioning-related meetings




- Present progress and completion requirements at site meetings
- Use cloud-based commissioning technology and software

Requirements:

- Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering degree or related diploma
- 5+ years of MEP construction, commissioning, and project management experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, psychrometrics, and fluid dynamics
- Understanding of BAS, laboratory controls, and environmental monitoring
- Ontario driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel
