As a Field Validation Specialist, you will document and review validation protocols throughout Grifols Canada Plasma Donor Centers. The work includes Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification testing, validation data analysis, and regulatory alignment. You will collaborate with Field Quality, Operations, and Quality Assurance personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute freezer installation, operational, and performance qualifications onsite
- Write and execute test cases for critical control points
- Analyze validation data and prepare validation reports
- Track process failures, equipment events,



and calibration due dates
- Prepare donor center teams for validation activities

Requirements:

- Experience with walk-in freezer thermal mapping
- Typically two years of quality and validation experience
- Knowledge of current cGMPs and standard operating procedures
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel onsite up to 50% to 75%
