Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve profit targets and productivity goals
- Create sales strategies, targets, and monthly forecasts
- Record and monitor contractual KPIs
- Maintain lodge quality assurance and operational control
- Lead safety culture and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Five-plus years hotel and food services management experience
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Experience managing a unionized workforce
- Class 5 license and satisfactory five-year driving record
- Microsoft Office proficiency and conflict resolution skills
