Alliston Group seeks a Senior/Lead Estimator to support estimating and purchasing activities. You will maintain vendor relationships, pursue cost savings, and uphold standard specifications. The work includes tenders, material takeoffs, budgets, purchase orders, and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain job setup, reviews, and estimating information in Homefront
- Complete tenders, vendor cost reviews, and material takeoffs
- Monitor field material usage, overages, shortages, and allowances
- Create model, option, custom price, and architectural control estimates




- Issue purchase orders and variance purchase orders proactively

Requirements:

- Read plans, blueprints, grade slips, and construction specifications
- Bring five-plus years of construction purchasing or estimating experience
- Hold a relevant technology diploma or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Handle large data volumes, tight deadlines, and detailed work
